Ceramic artist Regina Heinz unveils “Flow 4" - a new luxurious addition to her architectural ceramics collection of undulating wall modules at Decorex International – London's leading interior design show – 16 to 19 September 2018 at Syon Park, London, stand K 34

Regina Heinz returns to Decorex International this autumn to present “Flow", her striking collection of hand-painted and glazed architectural ceramics and wall installations. She will be launching her most recent addition to the collection - “Flow 4" - a new range of triangular sculptural tiles. The collection can be seen at Decorex from 16 to 19 September 2018, Syon House, London, stand K34, and on ceramart.net.

Ceramic art and interior design are perfectly fused in Regina Heinz's exclusive range of architectural ceramics. Beautifully crafted three-dimensional “modules" can be combined in different ways to create unique site-specific installations. A contemporary take on the ancient traditions of architectural adornment: mosaics, friezes and frescos, they are designed to complement their setting while retaining their own artistic identity.

Water is the inspiration for Regina's collection: the sunlit, ever-changing surfaces of lakes, rivers and seas, or simply the falling rain. The installations evoke a calm, cohesive whole yet subtle changes in light and shadow create movement and rhythm. Representing an element of landscape within the urban environment, the artworks allow a flowing exchange between indoors and outdoors.

Available in a range of hand-painted colours, glazes, gold and platinum surfaces and custom-made designs, all installations are bespoke, perfect for high-end customers who look for luxurious and original artworks in private and public spaces.

Renowned internationally for her ceramic art, her more recent work for the world of interior design – as seen here – is a distillation of her work as an artist and becoming increasingly sought after.

Recent commissions include "Reflection", a 320 x 140 cm ceramic artwork, especially designed and executed for the London showroom of the luxury Italian furniture brand Minotti. Featuring 108 custom - glazed ceramic 3D modules and framed in a white box frame, "Reflection" is a perfect example of a bespoke residential ceramic art installation.

Public commissions include the cabin artwork design for 2000 cabins of the P&O largest cruise ship Britannia. In collaboration with Muza Lab and HBA Shanghai Regina also designed the bath room artworks for the new Rocco Forte Hotel in Shanghai, to be launched in 2019. The site-specific contemporary designs, consisting of flat and 3D elements with custom made patterns in bespoke colours, reflect modern architecture at Shanghai waterfront as well as the elegant and sophisticated aesthetic design philosophy of the hotel.

2018 will be Regina's 7th presentation at Decorex International, her chosen platform for launching new products since the inception of her art tile collection with the American tile retailer Ann Sacks in 2012.

This year Regina will present the newest addition to her Flow art tile collection, - “Flow 4". Reminiscent of pliable paper rather than fired ceramics the unusual triangular shape and subtle undulating surface of the modules generates new dynamic patterns and diagonal designs. Available in a bespoke colour range, the art tile is particularly suitable for bottom to ceiling installations at reception spaces, wet rooms and lounges.
